Shipping Policy

Archive ships baby and toddler clothing with care. Available shipping countries, methods and final delivery rates are shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared within 1-2 business days. During busy periods, launches or holidays, processing can take a little longer.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on orders from EUR 75. For orders below EUR 75, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates

• Netherlands and Belgium: usually 1-3 business days after dispatch.
• European Union: usually 3-7 business days after dispatch where available.
• Other destinations: timing and availability are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can happen because of carriers, customs, holidays or incorrect address details.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email after your order has shipped.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible through our contact page. We can only change an address before the order has been packed or handed to the carrier.

Customs and duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, local duties, taxes or import fees may apply. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos if relevant. We will help check the shipment with the carrier.
