You can try Archive calmly at home. Eligible items can be returned for free within 30 days after delivery.

Return window

Return requests must be made within 30 days after you receive your order. Items sent back without contacting us first may take longer to process.

Return conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused.
• Original tags and packaging should be included where possible.
• Items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.
• Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned unless required by law.

Free returns

Archive covers standard return shipping for eligible 30-day returns. Start your return through our contact page and include your order number. We will send return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need 5-10 business days to show the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to change size or colour is to return the item and place a new order for the piece you want.

Damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos. We will help with a replacement, refund or other suitable solution.

European withdrawal right

If you are shopping from the European Economic Area, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
